Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Due to the nature of incense and fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
