Refund and Returns Policy

At Ponderosa Scents, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Due to the nature of incense and fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
